Rules For OT Hrs.

Hi,
Want to know if there are any specific rules for paying OT to empoyees, viz. OT to be paid on only Basic and on hours completed (if an empoyee works for 3 hour 25 min. then how his OT would be calculated)

Dear Jayshree,
First decide under which of Act you are required to give the O T to your workers/employees & then go through that Act for the provisions on payment of OT.
