I want to know if there are any specific rules for paying overtime (OT) to employees, specifically regarding whether OT should be calculated based only on the basic salary and the hours completed. For example, if an employee works for 3 hours and 25 minutes, how would their OT be calculated?

First, decide under which Act you are required to provide overtime (OT) to your workers or employees, and then refer to that Act for the provisions on the payment of overtime.
