Can a Company Block Your PF Withdrawal If You Leave Without Being Relieved? What Can You Do?

PF is managed by a trust (company) and you left without being relieved. Can the company block the PF account or stop withdrawals? If yes, what is the remedy? :icon14::icon14:

The company cannot stop the PF withdrawal but can use some delay tactics. Kindly make an application to the trust requesting the release of your PF accumulation. If they do not provide it within a reasonable time, you can approach the regional PF office and bring the matter to their notice.
