Seeking Advice on Starting Knowledge Management in Our Manufacturing Firm: Any Tips?

Our company is an electronics manufacturing service provider with around 300 staff and 2500 blue-collar employees. We are planning to implement knowledge management in our company. This is a completely new project for us, and we really need guidance on how to proceed. If any of you have implemented a similar project, please assist me. I have already downloaded reference materials from citehr and read some case studies on it. However, I am still unclear on how and where to start. Please suggest.
