I am working in the paper manufacturing industry as Manager HR. I need input from my seniors and colleagues to prepare the salary breakup of sales and marketing people along with their incentive structure and policy for them. Please provide input.

Other reimbursements

Annual benefits (Bonus, Mediclaim, Performance Bonus, Service award, etc., as per company policy)
