Our office is currently shifting to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System that will include an HRIS. Based on the presentation I've heard - SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Axapta - all seem to be "cookbook" solutions that can handle the necessary HR functions. Can anyone advise me on what to look for in a good HRIS? I would appreciate your advice.
