Hello, I am looking after the HR function of a small startup joint venture in the public sector. An HR audit has to be conducted, and I have little clue about the subject and processes involved. Can someone guide me? Thanks in anticipation.

2. Non-compliances with what - only the policies or others as well? Does it also include analysis of job contents of employees etc?
