1. Which institutes in India offer Distance learning courses/programmes in HR?
2. Is experience a must for these courses?
3. Is there a noticeable difference in the attitude adopted by the employer at the time of job seeking towards a regular or a DLP programme?
4. How successful are satellite programmes in India?

I would like to know if there are any institutes or colleges in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai that offer this program. Please provide details such as course duration, fee structure, and the market value of the program.

The National Institute of Personnel Management is offering 2 years full-time and distance learning in HR. The head office is in Kolkata. Just check if there is any NIPM chapter in your city.
