I know the Shops and Estb Act governs provisions relating to overtime, leave, work hours, etc. in respect of software companies, but do the software companies actually follow the provisions of the Shop and Estb Act?

The Bombay Shops and Estb Act is not applicable in Hinjewadi area of Pune as this area is not notified by the Government of Maharashtra under the act. So which act will govern the provisions relating to overtime, leave, work hours, etc., in Hinjewadi?
