I am working towards my MBA degree. For that end, I am doing a thesis on Organizational Change Management. I am stuck at how to develop the questionnaire. My concern is to be all-inclusive while not creating too many question items. Would anyone help in suggesting a general framework of the questionnaire? I mean major categories to be included. I would also be happy if you suggest specific questions.
