am working towards my MBA degree. For that end am doing a thesis on Organizational Change Management. Am stuck at how to develop the questionnaire...my concern is to be all inclusive at same time not to create too much question items. Would any one help in suggesting general framework of the questionnaire? I mean major categories to be included. I will also be happy if you suggest specific questions.
