Dear,

It's not clear what job titles you are looking for. However, you can get help from the "Dictionary of Occupational Titles - DOT," which can easily be searched through Google.

Hi,

The normal hierarchy is Trainee -> Officer -> Manager -> Sr. Manager -> General Manager -> Vice President -> Senior Vice President -> President. However, to expand, the following can be followed:

Trainee -> Jr. Officer/Executive -> Asst. Officer/Executive -> Officer/Executive -> Sr. Officer -> Asst. Manager -> Deputy Manager -> Manager -> Sr. Manager -> Asst. General Manager -> Deputy General Manager -> Sr. Deputy General -> Jt. General Manager -> General Manager -> Sr. General Manager -> VP -> SVP -> President.

This is just a vertical spread. If you are looking for exact designations for different functions (like Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.), you can add them at the end. Nowadays, there are designations available such as Manager - Human Capital, Manager - People Processes, Manager - Employee Engagement, etc.

Hope this helps.

Sathya
