I have done a thorough Job Evaluation of nearly 270 roles in my company, I am now trying to structure each role to a job band / level/ grade, where in each job band should also give me a range of the minimum & upper limits of salaries to be offered to people performing the same role, but who necessarily may not have the same designation.
