I have completed a thorough job evaluation of nearly 270 roles in my company. I am now working on structuring each role into a specific job band/level/grade. Within each job band, I aim to establish a salary range from the minimum to upper limits for individuals performing the same role, even if they do not hold the same job title.

Does anyone have a comprehensive general guide to assist me in developing a consistent job band framework across all functions?
