Understanding Bonus and Ex-Gratia Payments for Salaries Over Rs. 10,000: What Are You Eligible For?

I would like to know how much bonus and ex-gratia payment will be eligible for an employee drawing a basic salary of more than Rs. 10,000 per month as per the amended Bonus Act.

He is neither entitled for bonus nor for ex-gratia payment under this Act.

I think the company can consider paying ex-gratia payments to those who are not eligible for a bonus.
