Bonus & Exgratia Payment

I would like to know that how much Bonus & Exgratia payment will be elligible for an employee drawing basic more than Rs.10000/- pm as per ammended bonus Act.

He is neither entitled for Bonus nor for exgratia payment under this Act.

I think company can consider to pay exgratia payment to those who are not elligible Bonus.
