I manage a placement company and one of our client wants a special services related to hiring of candidates.
As per the requirement given by the clients we need to screen candidate on phone and if short listed would call them for personal & technical written test at our premises.
Then as per the criteria set client would evaluate those candidates and would call them at clients site for Final/line manager’s interview.
Here.., I have few questions where I need your help –

- How much we should charge client for each candidate coming in for test
- Format of the contract
- out of the short listed lot (after written test) if client offers any one and that person joins – what should be our charges here ( as we have already taken some amount from client for having its 1st interview & test at our premises)
