I am interested to know the recent salaries and allowances (traveling, lodging, and boarding allowances) for employees in engineering companies in India, specifically EPC (Engineering Procurement and Contracting) companies. A good example of such a company is Walchandnagar Industries.

It varies from company to company.

In EPC companies, in my knowledge, the CTC starts from 4.5 L for freshers and goes up to 35.00 L for experienced engineers of 25 years.

I am a newly appointed HR for a growing EPC company. Can someone please share some information such as attendance from sites, employee grade structure, salary, and TA/DA structure, etc. RESPONSE IS HIGHLY ANTICIPATED.
