As per information available with us this labour welfare fund contribution is not to be deducted from the wages of the employees. For your satisfaction you may ask from your nearest labour office. Regards, R.N.Khola

I am working in construction company located at Bharatpur, Rajasthan. I want to know that applicability of LWF in Rajasthan, if yes then please tell the contribution share of employee & employer, what is the date of submission & where to deposit, mode of payment ?

As per Labour Welfare fund for Rajasthan is not Applicable. So no contribution from employee and employer.
Apart from rajasthan , uttaer pradesh, himachal pradesh, bihar, Jharkhand & J&K were LWF is not appicable.
