I'am a soft skill Training faculty in a reputed healthcare having a staff strength of 1470staffs. I used to give soft skill trainings to staffs on various topics like motivation,stress management,team building,emotional intelligence,time management,communication and etiquette for employees.
Now my problem is I'have to evaluate the effectiveness of my training programme? How do I evaluate these effectiveness?
Do I want to conduct any surveys? Because We have 46 shifts in our workplace.HOw do I measure?
seniors please give some suggestions
