I conduct soft skills training sessions on various topics such as motivation, stress management, team building, emotional intelligence, time management, communication, and etiquette for employees.
Currently, I am facing a challenge in evaluating the effectiveness of my training program. How can I assess its impact? Should I consider conducting surveys? We operate with 46 shifts in our workplace, so how can I effectively measure the training outcomes?
