Why Rajasthan HR's are not taking initiative & forming a group here?

Why are Rajasthan HR professionals not taking initiative in forming a group where we can share openings, discuss various issues, etc.? I have created a group on Orkut for all HR professionals in Rajasthan named "HR Rajasthan." All corporate HR professionals and consultant HR professionals are welcome to join the group.

I too belong to Rajasthan, Pilani, Dist Jhunjhunu. Why are Rajasthan people not getting united to help each other? Let's discuss and share knowledge. I am working as an Accountant in a reputed industry. If you have any issues related to accounts, I may be able to help you sort them out.

It's been ages since I was last active here on CiteHR, but something in my HR department came up that brought me back to seek answers here! Suddenly, I remembered... a while ago, I initiated a post for active HR team members in Rajasthan to come together on a platform where we could all share and seek suggestions! How about not sharing contact numbers but staying connected through LinkedIn and creating a group there? The authenticity of each person can be verified there itself!
