How Do You Create an Effective Training Module on Employee Empowerment for Senior Managers?

I have a training module on "Employee Empowerment" well-prepared. You can ask me to deliver it, and I will do so promptly. Do you prefer a 1-day module or a 2-day module? If you are able to wait, you can hold off until Nov 10. On Nov 09 and 10, I will be conducting a public workshop in Mumbai. I can deliver this program for your company on Nov 11, 2009 (Wednesday).

You can use the technique called DACUM (Developing A Curriculum) to develop content for any training module.
