Thanks for sharing the useful format. Here, I would like to submit to our CiteHR members that we should prepare/amend this format in accordance with the requirements of the law applicable to their establishment regarding the maintenance of the attendance register. For example, if your unit is covered under the Factories Act, 1948, then go through your State Factory Rules and amend the format for compliance with the statutory laws applicable to your establishment.
This format also appears to be useful for preparing half-yearly returns for the purpose of gathering information on total attendance, absences, etc.
