Settlement Of Death Claim Under ESIC & PF Act.

Dear sir,
kindly guide me how i can settle the claim if someone met with accident(died on the spot) on his first day of his employment in any industry.
Can it is possible to give him accident benefit both
1. Esic
2. PF

Dear Santosh
it is totally depend on intension of management, how he wish to react on the issue. other wise as per act, if any employee join the organisation, the risk coverage start from day of joining depend upon range of salary fall under mandatory benefits range. like under ESI-salary should be less than Rs. 10000/pm to get coverage, in PF if basic is less than 6500/pm then it covern, if exceed, it is not mandatory.
