Seeking Advice: How Do You Assess a Candidate's Attitude for a Marketing Role?

I am in need of your guidance on the following things:

1. Is there any tool that could be used to assess the ATTITUDE of a candidate? (Please guide for the position of marketing officer).
2. Some examples of tools and techniques to assess ATTITUDE.
3. Any E-Books or references.

To assess the attitude of a candidate, "Behavioral Interviewing" is the solution. Behavioral interviewing works on the simple principle that past behavior is a guide to future behavior. To conduct behavioral interviews, the interviewer should be a mature person.
