Labour Act [Thread 195450]

i working in private construction sector.
we have more than 150 labours.
still we not take the labour license.
we don't know about labour license.
explain the importance of labour license.:icon5:

Labour license has to done from labour office of particular region. With out labour license nobody has to engage in any kind of labour activity.

Let the labourers will be anywhere in India. I hope your business is iengaged only in tamil nadu rite. So approach the labour department which belongs to your area & get the licence immediately.
More over you should even apply for ESI & PF also.
