Standing Order - Commissioner Of Labour

:( Dear sir,
We are follwing model standing order, recently we got a letter from joint commissioner of Labour, chennai. he asked "Did u having certified standing order? if not so, pls prepare & send the draft standing order to certify.
my question is " is it necessary to get certify standing order under the standing order act?

Dear N.Siva,
If you unit is covered under The Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946 then you are required to have standing orders certified from the Certifying Officer of your area under this Act.
