Looking For HR Course And Need Guidance

Hello,
I am Neha, i am B.com(hons) graduate just completed my graduation from Delhi University wanting to start my career in HR. I have enrolled myself for PGDBA (Hr specialisation) through distance learning from Symbiosis.
I want to know is there any short term course in HR that i can do along and also wanted to know about SAP-HR. Seimens is the authorised institute but doesnot take freshers. is there any other institute in Delhi from where i can do SAP-HR course????
what about webcom technologies in South extension-delhi, they also provide training for SAP?? can i look for this institute??
plsss do guide how should i start my career in HR??? and About short term HR courses also..

In my opinion, pls dont get into the distant learning or such courses which are either online or part time or DL mode. You being a fresher it wont help you to get a good job. Pls enrol for full time courses. DL courses are more so for the people who are working and have decent experiences. In today's scenario even they are finding difficult to break into a better job with DL qualification. Companies are not finding it worth to hire ppl with DL / part time qualification its not worth anything.....Incase you want to know more do let me know email me at gaggan underscore sahni at the rate hotmail dot com.

Considering, you have done your B.COM and want to pursue a career in HR. I would suggest to enroll to any full time institute, may it be pvt or through CET. By doing so you will have good knowledge, as well as the projects, case study, placements etc. Hence it woud be suggested to enroll for a full time course only.

hey there is also some time opprtunity lies in some company regarding HR job...
but if u have exp of 1 to 2 yrs thn it will add u really...
u can also do some SAP HR module..
but according to me if u have combination HR with other subject thn it is better if u r fresher...
