Is BOCW Act Registration Necessary for Construction Firms Already Under Contract Labour Act?

Hello Friends,

Can anyone help me by quickly responding to my question, i.e., is it mandatory for a construction company to get registered under BOCW Act, 1996 even if it is already registered under Contract Labour (R&A) Act, 1970?

Dear Shashiranjan Rai,

Both the Acts have their separate entity. One does not debar the other from registration or applicability.
