How Useful Is a One-Page MIS Report? Let's Discuss Its Impact on Decision-Making

Hi, can anyone help me? I have a small call center, and I am facing a problem in maintaining the reports and MIS as we are not a very big firm and currently cannot hire any specialist for the same. Does anyone have a solution for this?

One of my brothers has only completed High School and has also done English Stenography. He has a very good knowledge of computers (MS Word, etc.) and has five years of work experience.

Please suggest a suitable HR course for him through a distance education program and advise on where he can enroll in such a course for a brighter future in HR.

Good format. More information such as absenteeism rates, graphs showing the number of accidents, training details (external and in-house), and additional data can also be included in this format.

It's a good report, but we can further add the following details:

- List of disabled employees
- Apprentices
- Expense summary for the month
- Vehicles due for replacement
