Director's Resignation

Hi All friends
will you help me in providing the official formalities to be complied for the resignation of a Director from a pvt.ltd. company? Pl send me a resignation letter format also. How his settlement can be done till the date of tendering his resignation?

You would need to file Form 32 with the concerned Registrar of Companies within 30 days of the resignation . Further, the settlement of dues would be done as per the terms of his appointment or if his was a contractual employment, as per the agreement or contract.

You need to go to the MCA portal i.e. :: Ministry of Corporate Affairs :: to upload the forms. These forms need to nr attested by a practising professional. If you want we can help you do it.
