How Can We Truly Measure Training Effectiveness for Both Participants and Our Organization?

muthu_hr
Hi, Recently, we faced an audit where the auditor raised a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) regarding training effectiveness. We already have a system in place to collect feedback forms from the participants. However, the forms currently focus on aspects such as the training title, trainer effectiveness, and training infrastructure. We now need to assess the overall effectiveness of the training program, specifically whether it is beneficial for both the participants and the organization. Can you assist with this?

Dear Muthu,

The auditor is referring to level 3 stage of evaluation. I'll post the same later.

Hi Muthu,

I am also working on the same. We have not received any NCR from the auditor, but they suggested a separate category for the participants who are on the bench. I need help in designing the form.

Dear Muthu,

To measure the effectiveness of a training program, there are 5 levels of evaluation methods. Details are attached.

Dear Muthu,

You should be able to tell the auditors that, because of this training, what was increased or what was decreased. Based on this increase or decrease, calculate the savings of operational expenditure, and that is the effectiveness of the training.

Ok...
