I'm prathyusha, i own 3 years of experience in recruitment, i have joined a new company and now i need to make new policies for the company.
Can u'll please help me out or suggest few policies, or in which websites can i gain them??

But Something i would like to know from you. Is this you have to perform individually? i mean you dont have relevant experience but asked you to perform as you said above. Are you the senior in your department now or going to perform individually? See to frame Organization policies is not a simple and small task but a task that demands a good experience and knowledge of it that you dont have...
