New to Creating HR Policies – Where Do I Start and What Should I Include?

I'm Prathyusha. I own 3 years of experience in recruitment. I have joined a new company, and now I need to create new policies for the company. Can you all please help me out or suggest a few policies? Or, can you advise me on which websites I can find them?

Is this a task you have to perform individually? I mean, you don't have relevant experience, but you were asked to perform as you mentioned above. Are you currently the senior in your department, or are you going to perform individually?
