If you have completed five years of continuous service as per section 2 A of The payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 then you are eligible to receive gratuity amount from the employer if the unit is covered under this act.

My uncle own a company. We have 3 employee getting retirement after 5 month. The bussiness now is in worst situation. The gratuity insurance also is on due now. How will he settle the amount and what will be the consequences?
