I'm new to this forum but have really gained tremendous experience from issues and queries related to Human Resources. I am working for an MNC as an HR professional in a manufacturing company. I have a desire to develop the best HR practices in this organization.
Recently, the leadership conducted a workshop on 'Personality Development' for which I have to assess and evaluate employees to determine the extent of improvement that has taken place. I understand that this is not a one-day job, but to proceed in the right direction, I need help. I would appreciate any suggestions that could assist me in this regard. Please help.
