Trust all well at your end!

I am Ms. Shweta Saxena, Clinical Psychologist and a Corporate Trainer. Practising successfully since last 5+ years and currently staying in Sydney.

I am starting a Mental Health Support Group named as Mindmirror for all Indian families (in Hindi and English) in Sydney to assist them in the issues related to the Mental Health, also with the useful information/ referrals of the professionals and conducting regular meetings/ events/ community networking/ awareness programs for the same.

I am happy to propose this concept to commemorate our 15th August Independence day and Mental Health Month (October) in an ingenious way.

This is a Voluntary activity which I propose to initiate.

Also, supported by Mental Health Association (MHA) NSW, Australia.

Please do let me know your valuable and constructive suggestions to edifice this concept.
