I am Ms. Shweta Saxena, a Clinical Psychologist and Corporate Trainer. I have been practicing successfully for over 5 years and currently reside in Sydney.
I am starting a Mental Health Support Group named Mindmirror for Indian families in Sydney, offering support in both Hindi and English. The group aims to assist with mental health issues by providing useful information, referrals to professionals, and organizing regular meetings, events, community networking, and awareness programs.
I am pleased to introduce this concept to mark our Independence Day on 15th August and Mental Health Month in October in a unique manner. This is a voluntary initiative that I am proposing.
The initiative is also supported by the Mental Health Association (MHA) of NSW, Australia.
