I work for a life insurance company.I have chosen the topic "Relationship Managment" to present to all the trainers at Train The Trainer event which is scheduled for 23rd of this month.
Sir, Alternate Channel consists of Banks, Brokers, Corporate Agents(regional/national),. I want to emphasize on the Relationship levels with each partner/channel. Mind Share, Mind Recall, Service, learning stage..etc., with apt visuals(audio/video) so that trainers can go back to their respective locations & empower sales team on Relationship Management with Channels.

The way to go about it that first go for the search related to your need, as realtionship managment in general is a vast subject, as there are :relationship management ,customer relationship management ,business relationship management ,employee relationship management ,personal relationship management,partner relationship management , supplier relationship management etc.
To start you may have to get the topics from the sites and then it is "do it yourself" system.I have gone through the same exercise on a different topic, and it was well received.
