Sir, the Alternate Channel consists of Banks, Brokers, Corporate Agents (regional/national). I want to emphasize the relationship levels with each partner/channel. Mind Share, Mind Recall, Service, learning stage, etc., with appropriate visuals (audio/video) so that trainers can go back to their respective locations and empower the sales team on Relationship Management with Channels.

Relationship management, in general, is a vast subject encompassing various aspects such as customer relationship management, business relationship management, employee relationship management, personal relationship management, partner relationship management, supplier relationship management, and more.

To begin, you may need to gather information from different websites, and then follow a "do it yourself" approach. I have previously undertaken a similar exercise on a different topic, and it was well received.
