Seeking Hindi Motivational Movies for Store Managers' Training Program – Any Suggestions?

I am organizing a training program for my store managers. Can anybody suggest some motivational movies that I can show them? I would also prefer movies in Hindi.

Lagaan, Munna Bhai, and Chak De India are some recent good movies with leadership qualities. I hope these will be useful to you and others as well.

"Employee of the Month" is a movie about the story of a retail store and how an employee becomes a star performer. To show how demotivated employees look and the wrong manpower at the store, there is a movie called "10 Items or Less" (I don't remember the correct name, but it is regularly shown on Star Movies).

Hey, can anyone help me with a topic that links emotional intelligence to training and development? I need it for my dissertation of 20,000 words, and I want to present it in a way that will benefit everyone. Kindly help.

You can also screen "October Sky," an all-time motivational movie. For job-related planning, screen Bank Job.

"The Matrix" (1999) is a good movie. The scene where Laurence Fishburne (Morpheus) motivates Keanu Reeves by showing two colors of capsules is very impactful.

Additionally, some of the cinematography from the movie "Guru" (Hindi, by Mani Ratnam) could be incorporated.

Why don't you show "The Secret" movie to your shop manager and relate it to their and the company's growth? I have shown it to my shop managers and received a very good response in terms of their performance. It's available in leading bookstores/music stores in the form of a DVD for 699 rupees. There is also a Hindi version available. Really, go for it, and this will be the best session of your life.
