Labour Welfare Fund in Haryana: Can Anyone Confirm the Contribution Details?

Dear All,

I understand that in Haryana, LWF contribution will be Rs. 5 for the employee and Rs. 10 for the employer per month. However, I have not found the same mentioned in any act or rules. Has it been provided in any notification, circular, or notice? Can anyone in citehr help me to confirm this information?

The Haryana Government has amended this Act via the Haryana Government Gazette Notification dated 04.07.2007. A copy is attached herewith for your information.
