Hi, I have posted a question before about the documents and the procedure to get registered under this act, but I did not get any reply to my post. Please help me with this as I am unable to find the exact process. My company is in IT services with a current staff strength of 8 people. Apart from Form A, which other forms do we need to submit? Also, please tell me what documents are required. In whose name should the DD be made, and where should it be submitted? I will be highly obliged for the help.
