How to calculate basic, DA, and HRA in total monthly salary. For example, if the monthly salary is $5000, what is the basic percentage, DA percentage, and HRA percentage?

Dear Manji,

In my opinion, there is no labor law in existence that fixes the percentage of wages under different heads. However, we are required to implement the minimum wages as determined by the respective appropriate central or state government.
