Are Punjab and Haryana's CLRA Rules Different from the Central Rules? Seeking Clarity!

Can anyone tell me if under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970, the State rules (for Punjab and Haryana) are the same as the Central Rules under this Act?

Thanks for your assistance. I was able to download a PDF file from the internet containing the Contract Labour Punjab Rules, 1973. Upon review, I found that all the rules and Form Numbers (Muster Roll, Attendance Register, various Deductions, registration, F-V, etc.) were the same as those in the Central Rules.

What I actually need are the Form Numbers and Rule Numbers for all the registers that must be maintained under the Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act (CLRA) for Punjab, Haryana, and the Central region.

Your cooperation in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

The State Governments also frame rules on the lines of the Central Rules, but even then, they cannot be stated to be the same. The Central Rules are from 1971, while the Haryana Rules are from 1975. You have already obtained the Punjab Rules. You are interested in getting the Rule number and the form number for your ready reference. I am attaching herewith the required chart of forms containing the rule numbers of the Central Act, which I have also taken from this site. Moreover, one can prepare this chart after going through the State Act and Rules.

Dear Sir,

I have received the central rules, and I noticed that the state rules for Punjab (1973) that I downloaded contain the same rule and form numbers as the central rules. I have attached the file for your reference. This suggests that the information in the file may be incorrect. Upon comparing each rule and form number of Punjab rules with the Central Rules, I found them to be identical. Additionally, I have searched the market and found no separate book or bare act available for the state rules of Punjab and Haryana.

If possible, could you provide me with a link from where I can download the specific state rules for Punjab (1973) and Haryana (1975)?
