I understand what criteria to be used to make a salary comparison, but I want to know what compensation and benefits, pay are offered by other companies in the same cadre.

For example, for the position of a planning engineer, the salary is AED 10,000. I want to know how much the salary is that other companies offer for this position along with other compensation and benefits.
