Dear Sameer,
What was your profile and you worked for how much time.
why you had changed the job. Do you served notice period and got your relieving letter. If you provide little more information. we will try our best to help you.
In general once you left organization and got reliving and full & final settlement. Then co. can not force you to do some thing.

Dear Alok,
If you have already taken your full & final then no need to be worry, please ask about to their legal consultant that what kind of file of are asking and also provide details about what kind of file you have given me in writing by mail or registered post? not
You should not give any anwser unless it is in written form, dont go their as you already left the organisation and join the other organisation.
I think you would not get your answer for the above question.
We will support you in this as we have our offices in all cities of India.
Have a good day.
Best Regards

Dear Alok,

I have little different view than others.

It is true that your ex employer can not force you to come to their office since you are no longer their employee. I am assuming that, you have left them on good terms. Hence there is no harm in helping them even after you have left them. You can continue to have good relations with your ex-bosses and colleagues even after leaving that co. You can tell them that, I am always available on telephone to sort out any pending matter. If it is absolutely necessary you can even visit them for a short time after fixing the time at your convenience. You may have a fair idea about the matter in which they are seeking your help and complications in it. I do not understand why they are threatening you with court case. I am sure they are unnecessarily putting pressure on you and they are not serious about it. They also know court case and all is not practical and workable. I feel you can have a very frank discussion with your ex co., may be even over telephone. You can tell them clearly that, you are ready to help them on your terms, but it may not be possible to come to their office often because of your new job and their threats of court case and all are not going to work and affect you.

Thanks & Regards

Dear Sameer,
If you clear on the following, then you no need to worry about...
Your resignation and releiving letter contains no written conditions from your ex-company...
There is no bond agreed by you while in your service...
You are relieved from services with out any written conditions adn you have the relieving letter in your hand.
If all the above is clear, then no body can file a leagal case against you.

Rajanikanth.

Dear Mr.Singh,
Since it is clear that all your dues were settled & also your ex-employer cannot initiate any action against you. I suggest as a goodwill gesture, pls guide them to crossover this transition of your absence. Secondly, also remember the past experience gained has helped you for getting better opportunities. Hence there is no harm in helping them even after you have left them. You can continue to maintain good relations with your bosses / colleagues even after leaving that co.
God forbid, what if you have to return back to the same employer in a few months......
Cheers,
