i am pursuing MBA and now doing a project on training on soft skills development for engineering students.plz help me to collect review of literature.
:)then i need some guidelines for doing this project in detaily.

To borrow a phrase from John Mackinro , "You are not serious" (I hope) when you are requesting me to prepare the project review.
I certainly do mind to prepare the review for you and would be upset if others did it for you, as it would not help you in the long run.
However, if you write up something and send it to me, I will certainly help you to improve it.
