Who is the learner? What are you not satisfied with?
To borrow a phrase from John McEnroe, "You are not serious" (I hope) when you are requesting me to prepare the project review. I certainly do mind preparing the review for you and would be upset if others did it for you, as it would not help you in the long run. However, if you write up something and send it to me, I will certainly help you improve it. Have a nice day.
