Let us talk about incentive issues.............Can any one explain the telecaller's incentive details apart from the business development incentive?

Is it possible that your leave will be adjusted with the days you remain absent. In my company the days i was absent is been compensated with the leaves I am eligible for on the prorata basis. Is it that now I cannot ask for the pay that was cut when I was absent. I have completed by probation & have been confirmed also.
