Compensatory Off - Company Policy

Hi Guys m new on this site,working in It company.Just wanted to know about the policy for compensatory offs.This is tough to manage Comp. offs for all the employees.What policy or process you people are following for Comp. offs.Let me know about the same ASAP.....Plzzz Regards Parry

Dear Parry, In general practice many companies follows one months time i.e 30 days (incase person is working on weekly off ) and for extra hours one day pay + c off is eligible ( that means double the normal wage). Regards, Sekhar

dear parry. it depends upon the policy of comp. but as per factory act it is applicable for 90 days.means u can avail c-off up to 90days comletion from ur workig day... thanks devendra
