Is there any Central Act for Shops and Establishments? We know that different states have different Shops and Establishment Acts, but is there any central Act? If yes, please confirm the name and date of the Act (e.g., Employees' State Insurance Act 1948). It's very urgent.

There is no central act for shop and establishment. All states have their own Shop and Establishment Act.

Could anybody suggest some resume portals where we can access candidates' contact details or propose innovative recruiting methods for these types of positions?
