Renewal Receipt Of Mcd

i've seen you helping so many people
it would be greatful if you can help me too..
We are having Factory license from MCD for our factory ,
We have got renew our factory license & have renewal receipt with us, IS THE RENEWAL RECEIPT OF MCD FACTORY LICENSE MEANS THAT THE EXISTING LICENSE IS VALID ?

According the Punjab Factory Rules,1952 which are applicable to the States of Haryana & Punjab shows that if application for the renewal of licence is made in time which is complete in all respect then in that case the licence will be deemed as renewed till the CIF renews it. I hope that same will be position in Delhi. Moreover you are advised to go through the Rule on renewal of Licence under The Delhi Factories Rules for further satisfaction.
