Renewal Process for MCD and Factory Licenses: Key Guidelines and Considerations

I've seen you helping so many people. It would be grateful if you could help me too. We have a factory license from MCD for our factory. We have renewed our factory license and have the renewal receipt with us. Is the renewal receipt of the MCD factory license means that the existing license is valid? Kindly advice.

According to the Punjab Factory Rules, 1952, which are applicable to the states of Haryana and Punjab, it is stated that if an application for the renewal of a license is submitted on time and is complete in all respects, then the license will be deemed renewed until the Chief Inspector of Factories renews it. I hope the same procedure applies in Delhi. Furthermore, I recommend reviewing the rules on the renewal of licenses under The Delhi Factories Rules for further clarification.
