Curious About Weekly Off Policy: Do New Joiners Get Sunday Off If They Start on Friday?

1) What is the weekly off policy?
2) If a person joins on Friday or Saturday, are they eligible for the weekly off on Sunday?

First, examine and decide which of the labor laws are applicable to your unit or establishment, i.e., the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, The Factories Act, 1948, and The State Shops Act. These laws provide provisions for the grant of a weekly off day. Please go through and take action accordingly.
