My brother in lam works in a pvt ltd company. However, the company does not give any earned leaves or casual leaves in a month nor there is a medical leave.The only holidays he gets is a weekly off on sundays or national holiddays. If he wish to take any holidays, then he need to take a salary cut for the particular days. They will credit the amount at the end of the year. Is it not the policy of the hr that earned leaves or casual leave should be awarded to the employee if he is working on all the days under the govt of india rules.
